My first role in the professional world ended in 2002 as Senior Consultant for Arthur Andersen | Ernst & Young. It was there that I learned valuable systemic and strategic skills underpinning every business transformation, partner and team development project that I’ve completed since. With over two decades’ experience of senior leadership and stalwart channel and partner development efforts; I bring a well-developed and mature approach to every market expansion effort.

The solid management and IT consulting projects that I have completed, have allowed me to develop a long-range, insightful dynamic to bolster realistic business and partner growth plans that deliver results. My leadership philosophy is to cultivate a cohesive team spirit by instilling big-picture thinking of contribution and purpose-driven actions that inspire professional best delivery from each member of the team.
